Premium and Exclusive plans need identity verification (national ID and a selfie). Send your documents to buyer-hub@gemcolony.com. Buyers pay no per-transaction fees.
For sellers
Seller commission
No listing fees and no monthly seller subscription. You pay a small commission on confirmed sales, tiered by value so larger deals cost less in proportion.

Is there a free trial for Premium?
We don't offer a free trial, but Standard membership is completely free and gives you immediate access to Standard-tier listings so you can experience the platform before upgrading.
How does buyer verification work?
To upgrade to Premium or Exclusive, email buyer-hub@gemcolony.com with your NIC (front and back), a selfie holding your NIC, and company registration if applicable. Our team reviews within 2 to 3 business days.
When is the seller commission charged?
Commission is only charged on confirmed, completed sales, not on listings or inquiries. If a deal doesn't close, there is no charge.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. Contact us at seller-hub@gemcolony.com or buyer-hub@gemcolony.com to switch to annual billing at any time and receive the discounted rate.
Do buyers pay any transaction fee?
No. Buyers pay only their membership subscription. There are no per-purchase or per-inquiry transaction fees for buyers.
