How to list on the Hub

Hub listings are for sellers who use GemColony ERP. Your inventory stays in GemColony, and the Hub is the window to buyers.

    Create a GemColony account at gemcolony.com and manage your whole gem inventory (photos, certificates, specs) in one place.

    Build your inventory

    Add clear photos, lab certificates (GIA, AGL, Gübelin, SSEF), weights, origins and full treatment disclosure.

  3. 3

    Submit to the Hub

    From your dashboard, choose an in-stock gem, pick a listing tier (Standard, Premium or Exclusive) and set your price.

  4. 4

    We review and publish

    Our team reviews every submission. Approved gems go live to the verified buyer network.

Quality standards

We only accept recognised certification

Every gemstone on the Hub must carry a certificate from an internationally recognised gemological laboratory. Synthetic and treated stones without full disclosure are not accepted.

  • Natural gemstones only, with no undisclosed synthetics
  • Treatment disclosure is mandatory on every listing
  • Origin reports attached where available
  • Certificate scan uploaded before submission
